tenhoh llc. ("we" or "the Company"), the provider of .md Viewer ("the Service"), respects user privacy to the fullest extent. 1. About File Contents
The contents of .md / .html / .pdf files opened in the browser version or native applications are never transmitted externally. All processing is completed locally on the user's device.

Disabling cookies does not impair the core functionality of the Service (file viewing and editing).

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided information, we will promptly delete it.

- Access logs: Cloudflare default retention period (approximately 60 days)
- License information: Duration of the purchase validity (managed by Polar.sh)
- Metrics data: Subject to the retention settings of Firebase and Clarity (typically 14 to 26 months)
8. User Rights
Under applicable laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you may exercise the following rights:
- Request disclosure of personal information
- Request correction or deletion
- Request suspension of disclosure to third parties
- Request data portability

9. Service Termination
The Service is operated as a sole proprietorship (tenhoh llc.) and may be terminated without prior notice. After termination of the Service, the following are not guaranteed:
- Continued operation or successful activation of existing licenses
- Provision of new downloads or updates to existing versions
- Refunds of purchase amounts
- Assistance with user data recovery
- Replies to support inquiries
This applies including for one-time purchase licenses. Please use the Service with the foregoing in mind. We will provide advance notice of termination where possible, but this shall not constitute a legal obligation.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided AS IS. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the following:
- Damages arising from incorrect file loading, incorrect editing, or data loss
- Damages arising from outages or data leaks of third-party services
- Display or operational defects caused by browser or OS compatibility issues
- Indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from use of the Service
Users use the Service at their own risk.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be revised without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will provide notice at the top of this page and on the landing page.
